Service Policies for Coast to Coast Tactical

Class Participation:
- Participants must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to possess firearms.
- Participants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms possession and use.
- Prior experience with firearms is not required, but participants must demonstrate responsible and safe behavior throughout the class.

Booking and Reservation:
- Classes must be booked and reserved in advance through the website's booking system.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a spot in the class.
- Full payment must be made prior to the scheduled class date.

Dress Code:
- Participants must wear appropriate attire suitable for a firearms training environment.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and comfortable clothing is recommended.
- Sleeveless shirts, low-cut tops, shorts, sandals or flip flops are not permitted during the class.

Punctuality:
- Participants are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted and may result in forfeiture of the class spot and fees.

Attendance and Cancellation:
- Participants must notify the training center in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.
- Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours prior to the class start time to be eligible for rescheduling.
- Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees and no rescheduling option.

Code of Conduct:
- Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
- Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the class without refund.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and observe all range rules and regulations.

Safety and Liability:
- Participants are responsible for their own safety during the class.
- Participants must follow all safety guidelines and protocols as instructed by the instructors.
- The training center and instructors will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from negligence or failure to adhere to safety instructions.
Please note that these policies are subject to change and should be reviewed and agreed upon by participants prior to enrolling in a firearms training class.
